Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the Generalis fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Sympathetic Gestation. Any female humanoid creature starting its turn within 120 feet of the Generalis who is wearing only a bra and underwear (or equivalent light undergarments) must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be affected by a supernatural pregnancy. While affected, the creature's speed is halved, it has disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws, and after rounds, it takes force damage as it 'gives birth' to a Guided Missile that immediately targets the creature's nearest ally.
Siege Monster. The Generalis deals double damage to objects and structures.
Aura of Fallout. A 30 foot radius around the Generalis is heavily obscured by radioactive mist. Creatures that enter the aura or start their turn there take 21 () radiant damage and must succeed on a Constitution save or gain one level of exhaustion.
Multiattack. The Generalis makes four attacks with her Celestial Assault Rifle or three attacks and one Birth Missile action.
