Grave Stalker - AI-generated fantasy Monster

Grave Stalker

Grave stalkers were first made by keep-masons and battlefield necromancers who wanted a corpse that could follow the living without sight. The magic that animates them is old, crude, and stubborn. In Blackfall Keep, they were originally used to hunt escaped prisoners through the lower levels. After the keep fell, the creatures learned a better prey. Anything that breathes, hesitates, or makes noise.

Keen Hearing and Smell. The grave stalker has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Thread the Crypt. The grave stalker can move through a space as narrow as 6 inches wide without squeezing if it can smell or hear its way through.
Echo Sense. The grave stalker has advantage on attack rolls against a creature that has taken damage since the start of the grave stalker's last turn.
Undead Fortitude. If the grave stalker is reduced to 0 hit points, it makes a Constitution saving throw plus the damage taken. On a success, it drops to 1 hit point instead. It does not function if it takes radiant damage or a critical hit.

Opportunity Rend. When a creature the grave stalker can hear or smell moves out of its reach, the stalker makes one Claw attack against that creature.
