Stonepeak Giant

Miners tell tales of giants that sleep as part of the mountain and wake to rearrange the world. Folktales warn travelers to avoid the 'stone-sent' when fog hides the pass. Old shepherd songs call the giant the Keeper of Scree.

Stony Resilience. The giant is composed of living stone. It has advantage on saving throws against effects that would knock it unconscious or push it. It heals 5 hit points at dawn so long as it spends at least 1 hour immobile, pressing itself against the rock face.
Stoneblend. The giant can hide as long as it is motionless and against a stone or rocky surface, gaining advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks to remain unseen. If it moves, the effect ends.
Stony Command. While within 120 feet of its lair, the giant can use an action to give the command to loosen a patch of unstable rock. Each creature within a 20-foot cone originating from a point the giant chooses must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 18 () bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. A successful save halves the damage and prevents the prone condition. The giant can use this feature once, and regains use after a short or long rest.
Multiattack. The giant makes two attacks: one with its Crushing Fist and one with its Crushing Stomp. If the giant has thrown a Boulder this round, it can instead make two Crushing Fist attacks.
Crushing Fist. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 () bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature of Large size or smaller and is hit, the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Crushing Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one prone target. Hit: 22 () bludgeoning damage. If the target is prone, the giant can follow up by attempting to pin the target. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be restrained until it or another creature uses an action to free it (escape ). A creature can attempt to free the pinned creature by using an action to make a contested Strength check against the giant's Strength (athletics).
Boulder Throw. Ranged Weapon Attack: to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 26 () bludgeoning damage. The giant can use its action to pick up and hurl a boulder at a target within range. After throwing a boulder, the giant cannot throw another until it spends an action to pick a new one (unless it is in a lair with loose rock and stone).
Pebble Parry. When a ranged attack would hit the giant or a target within 10 feet of it, the giant can hurl a small chunk of rock to deflect the projectile. The giant adds +2 to AC against that attack. If this causes the attack to miss, the attacker must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or drop any item it was holding that requires a free hand.
