Hungerwarden - AI-generated fantasy Monster

Hungerwarden

Prison records say the Hungerwarden was an experiment or a punishment, once a living titan stripped of name and memory. Old wardens fed it criminals and traitors. The more it ate, the hungrier it seemed to become. Locals whisper that it will one day break free if not fed the correct thing.

Scent Sense. The Hungerwarden tracks prey with a combination of scent, low-frequency hearing, and the briefest glimpses. It gains advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell or vibration and can pinpoint creatures moving within 60 feet by sound when the creature fails a Wisdom (Stealth) check to remain silent.
Voracious Gaze. If the Hungerwarden can see a creature and that creature fails a Wisdom saving throw, the Hungerwarden's gaze imposes the frightened condition for 1 minute. A frightened creature can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. When a creature first fails this save it also takes 21 () psychic damage. Voracious Gaze recharges on a roll of 5 or 6 at the start of the Hungerwarden's turn.
Voracious Hunger. The Hungerwarden is fueled by an unnatural hunger. If it goes without fresh food for 24 hours its attacks deal an extra 3 () necrotic damage. If fed a significant portion of flesh or meat it is pacified for 1 hour and provides advantage on Persuasion checks made to bargain with it about being moved or restrained.
Bound Resilience. The Hungerwarden cannot be poisoned and is immune to disease. It cannot be charmed or frightened by normal means while it is in its lair and has advantage on saving throws against being charmed.
Multiattack. The Hungerwarden makes two slam attacks.
Grasping Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 18 () bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature of Large size or smaller and is grappled by the Hungerwarden, the target is also restrained until it escapes. If the target is reduced to 0 hit points by this attack, the Hungerwarden immediately makes a Bite attack against the same target's corpse.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 22 () piercing damage. If the target is grappled, the target is subjected to a devouring wound and takes an additional 10 () necrotic damage at the start of its turn. A creature killed by the Bite is partially consumed and any items worn or carried by that creature are tangled in the Hungerwarden's maw and can be recovered only by succeeding on a Strength (Athletics) check or by cutting them free with appropriate tools.
Sweeping Reach. The Hungerwarden thrusts a massive arm toward a point it can see within 30 feet. Each creature in a 10-foot-wide line must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone and take 14 () bludgeoning damage, or half as much on a success and not be knocked prone. The Hungerwarden can use this attack to batter shut a wooden door or destroy unsecured furniture in the area.
Seizing Reflex. If a creature within 30 feet that the Hungerwarden can see attempts to hide by moving behind cover, the Hungerwarden makes a single Slam attack against the nearest square the creature moved through as an opportunity strike with advantage.
