Draconic Presence. Aster exudes an aura of draconic dread. Each creature of Aster's choice that starts its turn within 10 feet of Aster must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the start of its next turn. A creature that succeeds on the save is immune to Aster's Draconic Presence for 24 hours.
Legendary Resistance. Aster can choose to succeed on a saving throw that he fails. He can use this ability twice and regains expended uses after finishing a short or long rest.
