Outsider
Appearance
Kharzun is a tall, spare outsider who looks carved from old kiln stone and blackened brass. His skin has the matte texture of cooled ash, yet when the light catches him it glints like polished coin beneath soot. He moves with a stiff, economical stride, each gesture clipped and deliberate, as if he resents every unnecessary inch of motion. One shoulder bears a formal mantle of immaculate white feathers, absurdly pristine against the grime on the rest of him. His face is stern and narrow, with a mouth that seems permanently set to pronounce sentences no one likes hearing. The strangest detail is his hands, which are elegant and ringed like a scholar's, except for the fingertips, which are capped in faintly glowing iron nails.
“Measured, clipped, and exact. He favors formal diction, accounting metaphors, and sentences that land like verdicts.”

Distinguishing Features
A white feather mantle that remains spotless no matter how grimy the surroundings become.
Iron-capped fingertips that faintly glow during judgment or oathbinding.
A chain of small brass keys worn like prayer beads.
One eye bears a thin vertical scar that never seems to close fully.
His shadow lags half a heartbeat behind him when he is displeased.
Voice
“A low, gravelly baritone with the calm authority of a magistrate reading a sentence.”
Clothing
A layered mantle of ash-gray vestments reinforced with thin black chains, a narrow belt of ritual keys, and a high-collared coat stitched with ledger symbols in silver thread. His gloves are formal, but the fingertips are cut away for precise contact with seals, wounds, and contracts.
Body Language
Still and angular, with minimal wasted motion. He points with two fingers, folds his hands behind his back when thinking, and tilts his head slightly before pronouncing a judgment.
