Appearance
Morgrin is tall and sharply built, with the unnerving stillness of a veteran executioner and the posture of a man forever braced for impact. His skin has the pale, bruised cast of old parchment, but beneath it faint crimson lines drift and pulse like embers under ash. He wears layered vestments of scorched gray wool and lacquered scale, each panel stitched with prayer knots made from twine and hair. The strange contradiction is his face, which is almost gentle, almost scholarly, with careful hands and a calm, unblinking stare that makes his presence feel more merciful than it should.
“Low, deliberate, and resonant, with the cadence of a sermon delivered over a drumline. He rarely wastes words, and when he does, it is usually to wound, warn, or bless.”

A thin silver chain embedded under the skin at the base of his throat
Voice
“Granite-calm and gravel-deep, with the faint echo of a chapel bell at the end of every sentence”
Clothing
Ash-gray liturgical armor, a sleeveless mantle of chain links, bone-white gloves, and a sash stitched with tiny devotional tags that rustle like dry leaves
Body Language
He moves with measured, clipped efficiency, as if every step is part of a drill. His hands are usually folded behind his back until a point must be made, at which time one finger extends like a blade.
