Paroka Whisperclaw
Monk
Paroka Whisperclaw
Species
Tabaxi
Appearance
Paroka Whisperclaw is a lean tabaxi with ash-gold fur that lies flat along her limbs but grows thick and glossy over her shoulders like a monk's mantle. Her face is sharp and alert, with a pale scar that splits one whisker pad and gives her a permanently skeptical look. She moves with almost ceremonial control, each step soft enough to seem rehearsed, yet her tail betrays her moods by flicking like a tense banner. She wears travel-worn wraps stitched with tiny prayer tabs, and over them an immaculate white sash that should be dirty beyond repair but somehow never is. The contradiction in her presence is immediate: she looks half ascetic, half predatory, like a temple guardian who has learned to smile only after the fight is already over.
“Measured, low, and precise, with the habit of pausing before the most important words as if placing each one carefully on a table.”

A pale whisker-scar that makes her appear to be permanently assessing a lie
A white sash that never seems to stain
Prayer beads made from river glass and fox teeth
Her left hand is wrapped in black silk to cover missing knuckles from old training injuries
Voice
“Soft, controlled, and a little husky, with the calm authority of someone who has already survived the worst conversation in the room”
Clothing
Layered linen wraps, reinforced sash, fingerless prayer gloves, soft-soled sandals, and a weatherproof cloak lined with hidden pockets for incense, chalk, and rope
Body Language
She stands upright and centered, shoulders loose, chin slightly lowered, as though the whole world is a target she has already measured. When amused, only the tip of her tail twitches. When angry, her ears flatten first, then her breathing slows.
