Appearance
Sarro Veylan looks like a sculpted storm made human. His skin is pale sea-glass blue with faint silver currents drifting under the surface like slow lightning, and when he moves, his sleeves whisper as if wind is trapped inside them. He wears immaculate charcoal suits woven with thread-thin bands of copper and pearl, but the cuffs are always scorched as though he has recently fought his way out of a furnace. His hair is white-blond and cut in a severe halo of layered waves that never quite settle, even indoors. One eye is bright amber and the other is clear, colorless glass, a contradictory pair that makes him seem both visionary and haunted. He carries himself with the stillness of a cathedral bell before it rings, and every step leaves the impression that the room has been re-measured around him.
