The Ward of the Three Guardians

The damp, claustrophobic stone hallway terminates at a monolithic slab of seamless black marble. Inset into the door are three distinct statues carved in high relief: a sharp-eyed eagle at the top, a coiled sea serpent in the center, and a squat, armored mole at the base. Beneath the figures, three circular indentations are cut into the stone, each glowing with a faint, pulsing violet light. Beside the door, three glass spheres rest on velvet-lined stone pedestals, their surfaces swirling with elemental energy and marked with golden sigils that seem to hum with a low, harmonic vibration.
