The Laughing Goblin has stood for decades, founded by Captain Thane after he hung up his sword and patched a shipwreck with a tavern roof. Its reputation grew as a place for misfits, adventurers, and scallywags to gather and share stories, drinks, and the odd job.

Lore

Legends say that the tavern was once the hideout for a notorious band of pirates who enchanted the original goblin statue, so that it would laugh at the misfortunes of those it deemed unworthy. The laughter continues to echo through the halls, adding to the tavern's lively, chaotic ambiance.
