Failure: The creature takes 4d6 piercing damage and 2d6 persistent bleed damage, and is Sickened 1. Critical Failure: The creature takes 8d6 piercing damage and 4d6 persistent bleed damage, and is Sickened 2.
If any creature takes bleed damage from the trap, the chest emits a low frequency chime audible only to vampires within 500 feet, signaling that 'dinner' has been served.
