The Singularity Veins of Kuldra-Gath
An intricate complex of tunnels where the boundaries between the Material Plane and the Far Realm have eroded. The cavern walls are not solid stone but folded space-time, appearing as shifting obsidian ribbons that pulse with violet light. Navigation requires surviving fluctuating gravity and the physical crushing of dimensions.

Detection
“The caves are lined with translucent, jagged crystals that hum at a frequency painful to the ears. Paths curve at impossible angles; looking 'up' often reveals the floor you just stood upon, seen through a haze of distorted light.”
Standard Engagement
The hazard activates when a creature with more than 15 Hit Dice or a creature carrying a Legendary item enters the central cavern, 'The Echo Chamber'.
On Initiative 20, the cave triggers 'Gravitational Reversal'. Every creature must succeed on a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw or 'fall' toward the ceiling, taking 10d10 bludgeoning damage and being knocked prone. On Initiative 10, the cave triggers 'Spatial Compression'. The walls move inward and outward simultaneously. Every creature must succeed on a DC 24 Constitution saving throw or take 15d10 force damage as their physical form is momentarily compressed; a success halves the damage.
The hazard resets automatically at the start of each round until the disable conditions are met. If disabled by damage, it restores itself after 24 hours.
Teleportation within the veins is hyper-hazardous. Any attempt to teleport results in the creature taking 10d6 force damage and appearing 1d100 feet in a random direction, potentially inside solid stone (applying standard squeezing and suffocation rules).
The constant shifting of perspectives forces creatures to make a DC 24 Wisdom saving throw at the end of their turn or be poisoned until the end of their next turn.
If a creature moves more than 60 feet in one direction without a DC 26 Survival check, they emerge from the same tunnel they entered, effectively having moved 0 feet.
