A mosaic floor of shimmering lapis and gold leaf activates when a biological woman enters the space, attempting to use her physical form as a vessel for the reincarnation of a monarch who died four millennia ago. The ritual works with frightening speed, physically altering the victim to carry a royal heir mid-term in a matter of seconds.

Standard Engagement
A female creature (or any creature capable of pregnancy) enters the 20-foot radius of the mosaic circle.
(1 action) The circle pulses with golden radiance. It targets one random eligible creature within 30 feet that is not already affected. The creature must attempt a DC 21 Will save. If the creature is already affected, the hazard instead uses an action to compel them to protect the circle.
The hazard resets after 24 hours if the 'heirs' are not successfully delivered or if the spiritual connection is severed.
On a failed Will save, the target immediately becomes physically five months pregnant with the spirit of King Mycerinus. The target takes a -2 circumstance penalty to Reflex saves and Acrobatics checks (Clumsy 2) due to the sudden shift in weight and balance. This effect is a magical curse.
Creatures affected by Divine Conception must succeed at a DC 18 Will save at the start of their turn or be Fascinated by the hazard, spending their actions stroking their bellies and murmuring prayers to the 'Returned King.' On a success, they act normally but still carry the physical weight.
This hazard does not stop until all women in the area are affected or the hazard is disabled. It can sustain any number of simultaneous pregnancies.
Affected creatures can choose to forego their saving throw. If they do, they gain 10 temporary Hit Points but are automatically Controlled by the hazard to defend it from anyone trying to disable the mosaic.
