The Giggling Sunbeams
A localized patch of forest where the sunlight filters through the canopy in unnaturally vibrant, dancing patterns. The air is thick with shimmering golden spores that cause overwhelming, magical euphoria.

Detection
“Columns of brilliant gold light shift and sway regardless of the sun's position. Small violet spores drift within the beams like glitter, and the flowers beneath the light grow in chaotic, spiraling shapes.”
Standard Engagement
A creature enters the 20 foot cube of Giggling Sunbeams for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there.
The hazard triggers immediately upon contact and repeats every turn a creature remains in the area.
The sunbeams persist until dispersed by magic or high winds. They naturally dissipate at sunset.
A creature that fails the DC 14 Wisdom saving throw falls prone, becoming Incapacitated and unable to stand up for 1 minute. The creature is overcome by a fit of laughing. At the end of each of its turns, the creature can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success.
While a creature is under the effect of Uncontrollable Glee, it must use all of its movement on its turn to crawl in a random direction determined by a d8 roll.
Creatures that succeed on the initial saving throw are still tickled by the light. They have disadvantage on Stealth checks while inside the beams as they cannot stop giggling softly.
