Defenses
Detection
“A tall mirror with a heavy gold frame carved into the shape of intertwining roses and thorns.”
Standard Engagement
A creature moves within 15 feet of the mirror and looks at its surface.
None
The mirror resets automatically after 1 minute.
The triggering creature must attempt a DC 21 Will save. On a failure, the creature is fascinated by its own reflection and takes 4d6 mental damage. On a critical failure, the creature is also stunned 1. The fascination lasts for 1 minute or until the mirror is covered or destroyed; the creature can attempt a new save at the end of each of its turns.
A creature can choose to avert its eyes while near the mirror. This provides a +2 circumstance bonus to the Will save but makes the mirror and anything directly in front of it hidden to that creature.
