The hazard resets after 1 hour as it slowly regrows its spore supply and builds internal pressure.
The bloom expels a 15-foot cone of caustic spores. Each creature in the area must attempt a DC 21 Fortitude save. Critical Success: The creature is unaffected. Success: The creature takes 2d10 acid damage and is Dazzled for 1 round. Failure: The creature takes 4d10 acid damage and is Dazzled for 1 minute. Critical Failure: The creature takes 4d10 acid damage and is Blinded for 1 round.
If a creature uses an Interact action to douse the bloom with at least a gallon of water, the DC of the Spore Puff's Fortitude save is reduced by 2 for the next minute.
Creatures that are holding their breath or do not need to breathe gain a +2 circumstance bonus to their Fortitude save against the Spore Puff.
