Appearance
The Rune-Wheel Warden appears as a tall, vaguely humanoid figure formed from stacked slabs of black basalt, pale limestone, and glittering veins of mica. Its joints grind like millstones, yet it moves with the careful courtesy of a dancer avoiding sleeping children. A ring of seven floating stone plates circles its head like a broken halo, each plate etched with a different protective rune. Its most unsettling feature is a small, perfectly smooth hand of warm living flesh emerging from its chest, clasping the Sigil of Stone as though it were a treasured keepsake. Fine dust constantly falls from its body, but never gathers beneath its feet.

Clothing
No true clothing, but strips of ancient red burial cloth are wrapped around its waist and left shoulder. The cloth is stiff with mineral deposits and bears faded names of the original litharch builders.
Body Language
The Warden tilts its entire upper body instead of turning its head. Its floating rune plates rotate faster when it is alarmed and settle into a perfect ring when it is certain. During moments of doubt, the fleshy hand over its chest trembles while the rest of its body remains motionless.
