Rhazuun of the High Gale
Air Elemental Prince
Rhazuun of the High Gale
Species
Air elemental
Appearance
Rhazuun appears as a tall humanoid silhouette formed from blue-gray wind, silver dust, and scraps of cloud. His torso is translucent, revealing a slow spiral of distant stars where organs should be. His shoulders trail into streaming vapor, while his hands taper into delicate fingers that constantly unravel and reform. He moves with the lazy drift of a banner in calm air, then snaps into impossible stillness when angered. His presence smells of rain on hot stone and scorched cedar. The unexpected contradiction is his face: despite his immense elemental majesty, it is small, round, and almost cherubic, with a perpetually worried mouth.
“His voice begins as a whisper in the rafters and ends with the pressure of thunder inside the listener's ribs. He speaks with ceremonial precision, but occasionally loses his train of thought when confronted with ordinary kindness.”

Distinguishing Features
A tiny red mitten floats inside his transparent chest, orbiting a dim spark of lightning.
His left eye contains a miniature rotating storm, while his right eye resembles a clear patch of dawn.
Three iron feathers orbit his head when he is calm and strike sparks against one another when he is afraid.
His shadow points toward the nearest high place, regardless of the direction of the light.
His laughter sounds like distant applause heard through a closed window.
Voice
“A resonant baritone layered with distant wind chimes, sudden pressure drops, and the faint rumble of a storm beyond the horizon”
Clothing
A ragged mantle of storm clouds pinned with three iron feathers, a sash woven from old prayer flags, and a ceremonial collar made from cracked pieces of the Storm Pillar's original chain
Body Language
He tilts as though standing on an invisible slope, circles people instead of facing them directly, and gathers his hands near his chest whenever he feels guilt. When furious, he becomes perfectly motionless while everything nearby begins to tremble.
