Qhaskri Vrukshaq
College of Swords Bard
Qhaskri Vrukshaq
Species
Dragonborn
Appearance
Qhaskri is a broad-shouldered brass dragonborn whose scales have the dull, hammered texture of old cooking pans, with brighter gold showing along his throat and knuckles. His left horn is broken halfway up and capped with a tiny copper ring, while his right horn sweeps backward in a clean spiral. He walks with a patient, almost ceremonial limp that becomes startlingly fast when danger appears. His hands are always dusted with red ochre, and his smile reveals one chipped tooth painted blue. He looks like a seasoned caravan guard, yet he carries himself with the careful gentleness of a village midwife.
“His voice is low, dry, and carefully paced, with a faint rasp like sand moving over pottery. He pronounces names with deliberate precision and pauses before promises.”

Distinguishing Features
A broken left horn fitted with a copper ring.
A blue-painted chipped tooth visible whenever he smiles.
Red ochre permanently stains the scales around his fingertips.
A thin white scar crosses his lower jaw from a ceremonial knife wound.
His shadow appears slightly blurred around the edges when he is angry, a harmless custom supernatural effect.
Voice
“A low, dry baritone with a rasp like sand against fired clay, becoming almost tender when he speaks to animals or frightened children.”
Clothing
A sleeveless indigo wool coat hangs over layered linen wraps and a sun-bleached red sash. Bronze scale plates protect his ribs beneath the coat. His boots are soft leather reinforced with woven llama wool, and small brass bells are sewn inside the hems so only he can hear their faint movement.
Body Language
He angles his body sideways when listening, presenting his unbroken horn toward the speaker. He touches two claws to his throat before making a promise, and when angry he becomes perfectly still except for the slow flexing of his jaw.
