Nib-Nib is a compact goblin with olive-green skin stretched taut over sharp cheekbones and a nose like a hooked root. His ears are nicked, stitched, and decorated with tiny brass price tags. He moves with the nervous precision of a magpie, never walking when he can sidle, spring, or slide behind a crate. His fingers are stained with ink, lampblack, and berry dye, while his smile reveals one polished silver tooth among crooked yellow ones. The unexpected contradiction is his immaculate posture: whenever he is frightened, he becomes perfectly still and dignified, like a tiny magistrate awaiting a verdict.

Body Language
Nib-Nib keeps one shoulder raised and one hand inside a pocket at all times. His eyes flick constantly toward exits, hands, belts, and unattended bags. During honest moments, he leans forward until his nose nearly touches the listener. During lies, he stands ramrod straight and clasps both hands behind his back.
