Appearance
Asterion appears as a tall, cathedral-thin figure wrapped in drifting layers of star-dark silk that never quite touch the ground. Their skin looks like pale marble veined with faint moving constellations, as if night sky and funerary stone were fused beneath the surface. One shoulder is armored in burnished bronze filigree, the other left bare and delicate, creating a striking imbalance that makes them seem both sovereign and wounded. Their hands are long and careful, the fingertips dusted with a permanent residue like silver ash. When they move, it is with ritual precision, but their sleeves sometimes flutter like a startled bird's wings, a contradictory softness that hints at hidden tenderness.
“Low, formal, and resonant, as if every sentence is spoken in a vaulted chapel at midnight..”

Distinguishing Features
A cracked halo of moving constellations that orbits just behind the head
A left eye like polished obsidian with a silver pupil
A chain of small bells tied around one wrist that never ring unless someone lies about grief
A faint scent of rain on cold stone
A smile that appears only at funerals or honest farewells
Voice
“A calm, resonant contralto with the measured certainty of a final bell heard at dusk.”
Clothing
Layered robes of star-black velvet, bronze thread, and translucent mourning veils, fastened with a ring of pale bone etched in celestial script. Their mantle is lined with tiny mirrored scales that catch light like a night sky broken into fragments.
Body Language
Motion is measured and economical, with pauses that feel ceremonial. They rarely blink, but when they do it seems deliberate, like closing a reliquary lid. In moments of concern their fingers hover as if blessing an invisible wound. When angered, their posture does not sharpen, it empties, becoming almost weightless.
