Appearance
Neris Veyribbon is a petite cat-girl with long crimson hair that falls in heavy, glossy waves to her knees. Her triangular russet ears are usually hidden beneath a white maid's headband, but they twitch visibly whenever someone lies. Her bright blue cat eyes have narrow silver pupils and reflect candlelight like polished glass. She moves with the careful quiet of someone trained to cross a sleeping household, yet her battle stance is startlingly forceful, with her fragile-looking body planted like an iron nail. Her tail is long, red, and plume-tipped, but the final third has been stained permanently black by arcane soot. The contradiction of her delicate appearance and the terrifying, floating battlehammer she commands is what most people remember first.
