Vezsko Radvik
Species
Goblin
Appearance
Vezsko is a narrow-shouldered goblin with the wary posture of a thief and the immaculate grooming of a minor court musician. His olive-green skin has a faint pearlescent sheen around the knuckles, a harmless remnant of years spent handling enchanted varnish. His ears are long, sharply pointed, and pierced with tiny brass bells that never seem to ring when he moves. A shock of black hair rises from his scalp in stiff, windblown ridges, though he keeps one absurdly smooth lock combed across his brow. He walks with quick, birdlike steps, stopping so abruptly that his patched coat continues to sway around him. His smile is broad, sincere, and full of filed teeth, yet his hands are always gentle, even when holding a blade. The impression he leaves is of a nervous little animal that has somehow learned court etiquette better than most nobles.
“His voice is bright, rapid, and unexpectedly resonant, with a Slavic-Hungarian lilt that places stress on the wrong syllables in a charming way. He speaks as though every sentence is half a confession and half an invitation to applaud.”

Distinguishing Features
Tiny brass bells pierce both ears, but they ring only when he lies.
A pale burn scar crosses his right shoulder in the shape of a stage curtain.
His left canine has been replaced with a polished piece of river pearl.
He carries a red thread tied around one finger for every person he failed to save.
His shadow sometimes appears to bow half a second after he does.
Voice
“A quick, musical tenor with a rough edge, like a flute played through a cracked window. His laugh arrives in three short bursts, while his grief makes his voice nearly inaudible.”
Clothing
A bottle-green velvet coat patched with burgundy theater curtains, a cream shirt with an oversized collar, fingerless gloves, striped trousers, and soft black boots. A silver thimble hangs from his left ear as a token of his mother. His clothing is carefully brushed but visibly repaired.
Body Language
He tilts his head before answering, as if listening to a distant instrument. His fingers tap invisible rhythms against his thigh, and he often bows too deeply, then looks embarrassed by the gesture. In combat, his body folds low and springy, moving like a marionette whose strings have suddenly been cut.
