Ketta Sorki
Ruin-Speaker, custom scavenger class
Ketta Sorki
Species
Glassborn, custom post-apocalyptic humanoid
Appearance
Ketta Sorki is a lean, weather-cut woman with the unsettling stillness of a bird waiting beside a trap. Her skin has a muted gray-brown cast from years of ash exposure, with fine pale cracks around her knuckles that resemble old porcelain. Her cropped hair is stiff with grease and copper dust, while one long braid hangs behind her left ear, threaded with tiny glass beads salvaged from dead windows. She moves with quick, angular stops, never taking a straight path when she can use a wall, pipe, or broken vehicle as cover. Her face looks severe until she smiles, at which point she appears almost gentle. The contradiction is her hands: scarred, filthy, and capable of delicate mechanical work fine enough to mend a watch spring.
“Low, dry, and carefully measured. Her words often arrive in short bursts, followed by a glance at the nearest exit.”

Distinguishing Features
A triangular scar beneath her right eye that shines faintly after rain.
Blue cord woven into her braid, taken from her missing brother.
A missing front tooth replaced with a polished piece of green bottle glass.
Black tally marks covering her left sleeve.
Her shadow sometimes appears to move a heartbeat later than she does.
Voice
“A dry contralto with a rasp like grit in a glass bottle. She laughs rarely, but when she does it sounds startled and almost young.”
Clothing
Layered rags made from sailcloth, faded work uniforms, and stitched flour sacks. She wears no armor. A strip of blue electrical cable is tied around her waist as a belt, and her left sleeve is covered in careful black tally marks.
Body Language
Ketta keeps her shoulders slightly hunched, as if expecting falling debris. Her head tilts toward sounds before her eyes move. When threatened, she becomes perfectly still and rests one thumb against the edge of a glass shard.
