Iunathar
Divine Arbiter
Iunathar
Species
Outsider
Appearance
Iunathar appears as a tall, severe figure whose body seems assembled from moonlit stone, old parchment, and the darkness beneath a closed door. His skin has the fine texture of polished basalt interrupted by pale, hairline cracks that glow whenever someone nearby breaks a promise. His movements are slow only in the way a falling star is slow, each gesture precise and impossible to interrupt. He leaves no footprints, but the ground remembers his weight for several heartbeats after he has passed. His most unsettling feature is his face: perfectly symmetrical, utterly calm, and crowned by a genuine, almost tender smile whenever he delivers a sentence or punishment. Despite his imposing divine presence, he carries a small bundle of faded children's ribbons tied around his wrist.
“His voice is low, clear, and perfectly paced. It carries the resonance of a sealed cathedral, yet becomes unexpectedly gentle when he speaks of mortal children, cooking, or old festivals.”

Distinguishing Features
Pale cracks of light appear across his skin whenever a nearby oath is broken.
His shadow forms a perfect circle regardless of the light source.
The ribbons on his wrist belonged to Orun and are the only visibly worn items he possesses.
His reflection always faces the opposite direction from him.
A faint scent of rain on stone follows him, even in sealed rooms.
Voice
“A resonant baritone with the calm authority of a verdict and the faint echo of someone speaking from the far side of a locked door.”
Clothing
A long sleeveless mantle of charcoal fabric layered over silver scale-like plates. Each plate bears a different extinct law. His boots are made from black glass and never touch the ground completely. Around one wrist are faded red, yellow, and blue ribbons from a mortal child's festival.
Body Language
Iunathar stands with his hands folded behind his back and his head tilted slightly downward, as though listening to a distant legal argument. When angered, he becomes almost motionless. When genuinely moved, one of the ribbons around his wrist lifts in a wind no one else can feel.
