Zruskha Dravett
Laborer
Zruskha Dravett
Species
Dark Elf
Appearance
Zruskha is a compact dark elf woman with the dense, weathered musculature of someone who has spent decades hauling wet cargo through bad weather. She moves with a strange combination of heaviness and silence, planting each foot carefully as though the dock beneath her might shift. Her hands are broad-palmed for an elf, ridged with old rope burns, and permanently darkened around the nails by tar and brine. A pale scar runs from the corner of her mouth to her left jaw, giving her resting expression the look of a crooked smile. Her face is severe and angular, yet she wears tiny brass bells braided into one side of her hair, an unexpectedly delicate detail that chimes whenever she turns her head. She leaves an impression of controlled strength, like a mooring post that learned how to walk.
“Her voice is low, dry, and slightly rasped by years of shouting over surf and rigging. She speaks with a clipped harbor cadence, placing emphasis on weight, distance, and timing rather than emotion.”

Distinguishing Features
A pale scar from the left corner of her mouth to her jaw
Three tiny brass bells woven into the left side of her black hair
Tar-darkened fingernails that never fully clean
A missing tip on her right ear, cut away in an old disciplinary punishment
A habit of tapping twice on wood before stepping onto any vessel
Voice
“A deep contralto with a grainy edge, usually calm enough to make urgency sound like an ordinary work instruction”
Clothing
A sleeveless tarred canvas coat over a faded slate tunic, wrapped trousers tucked into salt-stained boots, a red sash holding tools at her waist, fingerless gloves reinforced with leather strips, and a hooded rain cape patched with sailcloth
Body Language
She keeps her shoulders slightly forward as if bracing against wind, even indoors. Her fingers constantly test nearby surfaces for vibration. When amused, she tilts her head so the hair bells chime once. When angry, she becomes perfectly motionless except for the slow tightening of her left hand.
