Rivka Hedd
Barbarian
Rivka Hedd
Species
Half-Orc
Appearance
Rivka has a broad, weathered face with a blunt half-orc jaw, one lower tusk filed flat, and skin marked by pale salt burns from years spent crossing poisoned floodplains. Their movements are unexpectedly careful for someone built like a siege ram. They crouch rather than stand when listening, glide with their weight on the balls of their feet, and turn their head before turning their body. Their left ear is stitched with blue electrical wire, while their hands are stained permanently black from scavenged battery acid. The contradictory impression is of a dangerous brawler who handles broken objects with the tenderness of a conservator.
“Low, dry, and clipped, with a faint rasp like gravel dragged across tin. Rivka speaks more softly when angry, forcing listeners to lean closer.”

Distinguishing Features
A lower tusk filed flat enough to whistle through.
Blue electrical wire stitched through the left ear.
A pale scar running from the right temple to the corner of the mouth.
A habit of smelling metal objects before touching them.
A tiny brass child’s bell sewn inside the coat, never rung voluntarily.
Voice
“A low, dry voice with a gravelly rasp, usually quiet enough that others must stop talking to hear it.”
Clothing
A layered collection of torn tarp, faded work trousers, scavenged tire rubber, and a sleeveless canvas coat held together with copper staples. Their feet are wrapped in rag strips over mismatched sandals. Nothing is clean, but every tear has been deliberately reinforced.
Body Language
They squat beside doorways, keep their shoulders angled toward escape routes, and rest one hand on their improvised club without gripping it. When embarrassed, they rub the blue wire around their ear until it squeaks.
