Appearance
Kruzch is a small goblin woman with a long-backed, quick-moving frame and limbs that seem assembled from elbows and sharp angles. Her skin is clay green mottled with pale patches where old burns healed badly. She moves with a crouched, darting gait, but when she thinks nobody is watching, she stands perfectly straight and imitates the posture of statues from the old world. Her face is narrow, with one chipped tusk, a split lower lip, and enormous amber eyes that reflect firelight like wet coins. Her ears are pierced with bent copper wire. The unexpected contradiction is her hands: scarred, filthy, and permanently blackened at the fingertips, yet capable of delicate needlework so precise that she can repair a torn moth wing.
“Her voice is quick, dry, and unexpectedly articulate, with clipped consonants and a faint singsong cadence inherited from old goblin counting rhymes. When lying, she becomes more formal.”

Distinguishing Features
A chipped left tusk wrapped in red thread
Copper wire piercings threaded through both ears
A pale burn scar crossing the right side of her neck
Fingertips permanently stained black by alchemical soot
A porcelain theater mask painted with a smiling sun, always tied at her hip
Voice
“A low, rasping contralto that can become a whisper without losing force, like a knife dragged carefully across glass.”
Clothing
A patchwork of burlap, faded sailcloth, torn rain ponchos, and strips of old theater curtains. Her rags are tied for movement rather than warmth, leaving one shoulder bare. She wears a belt made from braided electrical cable and keeps a cracked porcelain mask tied at her hip.
Body Language
Kruzch rarely stops moving. Her fingers sort scraps, her eyes scan exits, and her shoulders twitch toward every sudden sound. When angry, she becomes unnervingly still and presses one thumb against the nail of her index finger. When genuinely happy, she leans forward so far that she nearly falls over.
