Nareti Meskhi
Rogue
Nareti Meskhi
Species
Half-Orc
Appearance
Nareti is a broad-shouldered half-orc woman with weathered olive-gray skin, a blunt nose, and one lower tusk chipped nearly flat. Her hair is cut close on one side and hangs in a coarse, soot-black braid on the other, threaded with copper wire and tiny blue beads. She moves with a crouched, economical gait, always placing her feet as though the ground might give way. Her hands are scarred and permanently dusted with pale masonry powder. The unexpected softness is in her face when she is still: she has long eyelashes, a small dimple in her left cheek, and the patient expression of someone listening to rain that no longer falls.
“Low, dry, and carefully measured. Her Common carries a faint Caucasian cadence, with rounded vowels and a habit of softening harsh words.”

Distinguishing Features
A chipped lower tusk painted with a thin line of blue mineral pigment.
A theatrical velvet cuff that is far too fine for the rest of her clothing.
A pale scar across both palms from pulling a sealed vault door shut.
A tiny brass stage bell worn around her neck, though she never rings it.
Her shadow seems to lag half a heartbeat behind her near old glass or polished metal, a strange custom effect with no known cause.
Voice
“A husky contralto with a dry rasp, like cloth dragged over stone. Her voice becomes warm and almost musical when she recites old stage directions.”
Clothing
A collection of gray-brown rags layered for utility: a sleeveless coat made from stitched flour sacks, a faded red curtain wrapped as a scarf, mismatched knee guards cut from plastic signage, and soft cloth strips around her feet. Her clothing is patched with theatrical costume fabric, including one absurdly elegant velvet cuff on her right wrist.
Body Language
She keeps her left shoulder angled toward the nearest exit and rests two fingers against hard surfaces while walking. When angry, she smiles without showing her teeth. When genuinely moved, she becomes very still and begins counting under her breath.
